ZenoxHeal maintains separate Web3 Privacy & Data Disclaimer documents that specifically address NFT membership, DAO participation, and blockchain governance.

•Payment Data: Billing details for subscription or service fee processing.

•Usage Data: Device/IP information, access logs, and interactions with our site or mobile interface.

We do not collect wallet private keys or seed phrases.

3. Subscription & Service Fees

•Web2 Participants: Access services on a monthly subscription basis.

•Web3-Interested Participants: May opt for an annual subscription, which includes a complimentary Gold Badge NFT. This NFT is non-transferable and serves only as proof of identity within the DAO community. It is not a financial product or tradable asset. It simply indicates that the participant may, in the future, access DAO community features.

4. How We Use Data

We use personal data to:
1. Provide access to platform services.
2. Process subscription payments.
3. Communicate with participants (service updates, security notices, subscription confirmations).
4. Improve the functionality and security of the platform.

We will never sell or rent participant data.

•NFT data (wallet addresses, on-chain metadata) is managed separately and transparently on the blockchain.

•This Web2 Privacy Policy does not govern blockchain data, which is by nature public.

9. Children's Privacy

ZenoxHeal does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Parents may contact us to request removal of any inadvertently collected data.

10. Rights under Applicable Law

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

2. Services Provided

ZenoxHeal provides digital wellness experiences through its Web2 platform. Participants ("Users") may subscribe to services on a monthly or annual basis. Annual subscribers will receive a complimentary Gold Badge NFT. The NFT is non-transferable, carries no monetary value, and serves only as proof of identity within ZenoxHeal's community.

3. User Obligations

•Users must provide accurate information for subscription and billing.

•Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

•Users agree not to misuse the platform, disrupt service, or violate applicable laws.

4. Fees and Payments
